Mixed or unknown debris

Note: Dump fees included unless heavy material applies.

Labor

Labor is only added when the job requires extra effort beyond normal loading.

Charged when:

Heavy lifting
Sorting materials
Tear-down / light demolition
Long carry distances

Weight Surcharges

Heavy Load Fee

(or priced by weight if required by landfill)

Applied on top of the daily rate when materials are heavy or dump fees increase.
